All guests are expected to arrive for check-in 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time listed on the reservation. The boat will depart at it’s scheduled start time and will not allow late guests to arrive via water taxi, are unable to reschedule to a later date, and will be charged full price. Please plan your commute accordingly and do not get left behind!

Customers will receive a full refund within 48 hours of notice of cancellation to scheduled reservation. Must call to make any changes. THIS CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO GROUPS, SPECIAL OFFERS, OR PRIVATE CHARTERS. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. All reservation changes must be made by phone. Guests that do not arrive for their scheduled reservation will be charged the full price and marked as No Shows.

Our U.S. Coast Guard–licensed captain closely monitors all weather and sea conditions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. If conditions are deemed unsafe and we need to cancel, we will contact you directly to reschedule your trip or provide a full refund. If you do not hear from us, your sailing will proceed as scheduled.
As weather conditions are beyond our control, there may be rare occasions when conditions change during the course of your experience. In such instances, our captain will assess the situation and make every effort to adjust the route so guests can safely continue to enjoy their time on the water. If necessary, the captain may also modify the scheduled experience to prioritize safety while still providing the best possible outing.

Our catamaran is certified by the U.S. Coast Guard to accommodate up to 44 guests. Onboard, guests can move about comfortably or relax in their seats while enjoying the views throughout the journey.

Need transportation? We can arrange roundtrip service from several pick up locations in the San Juan area for an additional $50 per person. Transportation requires a minimum of 6 passengers (not specific to your group) in total in order to operate. Add on service can be added online during the booking process or MUST CALL TO ADD to existing reservations 48 HOURS PRIOR.

For your comfort, our catamaran features two onboard marine restrooms available throughout your experience. Please note that, due to ongoing construction at our marina, shower facilities are currently unavailable.

Our trips require a minimum of 12 guests total (across all passengers) in order for the trip to be confirmed and depart.
Please don’t hesitate to secure your reservation. In the UNLIKELY event that our minimum is not met and the trip cannot be confirmed, our team will reach out to you directly to either reschedule for the next available date or provide a full refund.
