Our U.S. Coast Guard–licensed captain closely monitors all weather and sea conditions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. If conditions are deemed unsafe and we need to cancel, we will contact you directly to reschedule your trip or provide a full refund. If you do not hear from us, your sailing will proceed as scheduled.
As weather conditions are beyond our control, there may be rare occasions when conditions change during the course of your experience. In such instances, our captain will assess the situation and make every effort to adjust the route so guests can safely continue to enjoy their time on the water. If necessary, the captain may also modify the scheduled experience to prioritize safety while still providing the best possible outing.

We offer curated add on celebration options, including birthday cakes, champagne, and proposal sail banners, to make your moment even more memorable. Give us a call to inquire about adding a celebration package to your reservation, or be sure to select it at the time of booking to elevate your experience.

Need transportation? We can arrange roundtrip service from several pick up locations in the San Juan area for an additional $50 per person. Transportation requires a minimum of 6 passengers (not specific to your group) in total in order to operate. Add on service can be added online during the booking process or MUST CALL TO ADD to existing reservations 48 HOURS PRIOR.
